Urbanizacion Las Palmas is a large real-estate development that is located within 300 meters from the beach, and about 900 meters from the main street of Playas del Coco, and as such, offers guests proximity to Coco's bars, restaurants and other amenities.

The development is subdivided into smaller condominium enclaves (usually of 20 units) that share a common area and swimming pool.

The community also has a pueblito - with a couple of restaurants, a small convenience store, a clinic and a beauty salon.
